- It's high time we found something on the Web created by Latvia's northern neighbors. Aimed at Finns looking for travel options, Riika.net is a good ambassador for the country. With colorful photographs, an introduction to basic Latvian, a link to Rīga events, plus information on how to get there, accommodation, food and drink, shopping, sights and other parts of Latvia to visit, the site seems to have covered all bases. Let's hope the Finns are taking note and visiting the "Paris of the North," or as it's been recently dubbed, the "Baltic Prague." EN FI (Reviewed June 2005)
