Rezekne is a most interesting town in eastern Latvia. For readers who might be interested - there is a book recently published in English by an Australian of Latvian descent entitled ‘Long Road to Rezekne: a Journey to Eastern Latvia’. Not as much is written about this part of Latvia as about other areas of the country. The book is about 100 pages with photos and may be of interest to some readers.
