Anyone have any family/connections with the 50th anniversary remembrance of the war for independence in northern Latvia? I’d rather like to scan the collection of essays published by the Ziemeļļatvijas Brīvības cīņu atceres Rīcības Komiteja and prefer to do so with the authors’ permission.
