To answer a question, still available are most of: Niedra, Janovskis, Klidzejs and Maurina. Gone are Veselis and most of Eglitis.

Another question:new books come in very week. We never know what will come in, so please make are request for a particular author and we can see what we have. All books are donated to Saulaine. 99% of them will never be reprinted.

Unfortunately, because we rely on volunteer labour, we still are not that organized for any updated, rotating, internet list--maybe someday!

Of the last list, Shvaabes “Latvju Enciklopedija” I, II and II and Leedskalnins “A Book for Every Home” are flying to Latvia; most of Eglitis and Veselis to the USA mid-west. We can mail anywhere! (Again, Leedskalnins was the man who built the Coral Castle in Florida. His attitudes toward women were puritanical and degrading ......I can see why he was left at the altar ( tho she should have told him sooner to be kind)

Someone had asked for Rudolfs Bangerskis: Mana muza atminas, I, II, III IV; Imanta, Kopenhagena, 1963, hard, leather cover, perfect shape, hundreds of maps and photos. In Latvian.

Let me know if you are still interested. All the books in the bookstore are donated for sale, all donations go to support Saulaine, summer property of St. John’s Church.
