Time to calm down a bit and not crash-and-burn those black whirlybirds quite yet. I was just buying some time until I could read thru the 10 page Chatham House briefing paper (I’m only half-way thru it at the moment, but so far it’s passing my sniff test….which I, at least, am inhaling without any extra boost from ganja bong hits.)

Looks like it’ll have to carry over to my tomorrow’s “to do” list….the reading, that is, not the toking.
