Bruno, I’m lactose intolerant.  If I use Lactade Milk is the lactic acid already in the milk?

The bacteria breaks down the lactose,  All the more to have them in your gut.  Lactose intolerant means the body can not break down the lactose.  How old are you ?

When I was young I used to have terrible pains every time I drank milk or ate ice cream but as old age set it, things actually improved and about the only thing I still can’t tolorate is yogurt ice cream,
Were you asking to see if the condition improved with age or asking if at my age I should know all about bacteria and what enzymes break down in a body?
