Get out your ‘janu siers’ recipe,  time for mid-summer celebrations!  Caraway cheese, beer, piragi, bonfire, singing songs all night long.

Hi Ilze,
do you have a recipe for Janu Siers?  am looking for some typical recipes (I have the basic, but wanted to see what variations in proportions or techniques people have).

also, what are some typical songs for Jani Svetki?
