Brunis—such a man of so many talents!

The Bookstore at Saulaine has just received: Eriks Kestners: DIVKAARSHAA LOTIITE, ( Das Doppelte Lottchen),  in Latvian, a novel for kids, translated from the German by Brunis Rubess, illustrated by Valters Trirs, Imanta, Kopenhagen, 1952, soft cover, 169 pages.

There is no baby-boomer in the West who didn’t have to read this in Latvian School. Terrific book!
