I’m not sure about ethnically Latvian women (although I heard it’s true for Letts as well), but Russian women do not mind cooking, taking care of their boyfriends/husbands by doing their laundry, etc. etc. On the other hand, men don’t mind working long hours to make a living and to support their women. What’s wrong with that?
