Maybe someone can give advice finding lost person in World War 2. We are searching for him 15 years, and without success. There are no documents in Red Cross and War Archive. May be someone can tell me how to contact with Ivars Sulcs form Australia. He have some information about war.

Usually I can help if the person or persons came to Australia, otherwise probably not. It’s just that I know the Australian sources better than most.

I don’t mean to be critical of the Red Cross, but they even wrote to me once seeking help with a certain name....and I DID help them!
