For those of you that need more than words, here is a prayer that guarantees you salvatiom aslomg as you “believe”

“Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I come unto you, just as I am, a sinner. I have sinned against you and heaven. I ask you Lord Jesus, to forgive me and to come into my heart and save my soul. Let me be born again by the Spirit of the Living God.

I give my life to You, Lord Jesus. I do believe that You are the Son of God. I give thanks and praise and honor for redeeming me by your precious blood.

In Jesus name, Amen

“The just shall live by faith!” It doesn’t matter what prayers you say, what deeds you do, you cannot earn salvation by works!  How do you know that you are one of the faithful?  You are if you consider beautifying the world or helping your neighbor a privilege, not a chore, or even a duty.  Works are the symptoms of faith, not the causes of faith.  We do good works because we have faith.  We don’t earn faith because we do good works.

The prayer of salvation isn’t a “work”, it’s simply a prayer.
