I am looking for Latvian (or Baltic) recipes together with a photo/image to place on a Speciality Cuisine section of a Local Community website in the UK. If someone is particularly passionate or knowledgeable they could add some thing about the symbolism or tradition/festivity associated with the particular food. I would give full credit to the author on the site.
