I look forward to reading the book.  Will it be written in the Queen’s English?  I’m asking because you wrote,

I have to admit that while I respect the work Latvia’s historians are doing, I would feel more comfortable with someone like Penikis not just fact checking but reviewing the interpretation and understanding of post WWII events, especially within the context of Soviet and world politics. 

“I hope that the historians you mentioned are working on their books as well.”
I know that two are writing books but who knows when they’ll be finished and published.
