You are in the unlucky situation whereby the family name (Ozolins) is a very popular one.
But if you suspect that either Karlis or Alexandrs did come to Australia, we can check the National Archives website. Additionally, if you suspect that they ended up in USA, one site that sometimes helps is the Social Security Death Index, which of course presumes that they are no longer with us on this earth.
So I guess one would need much more information.

Alexandrs is my father-in-law and is still living in Australia at the age of 97! We are really trying to trace his brother Karlis or any of his descendants. We know he went to America but not sure exactly when. Thank you for replying. I will contact you by email soon.
Obviously, the first is somewhat limited being those who are deceased and were on Social Security of some kind, however there are 6 Karlis Ozolins mentioned there.
