Queensland Independence Day celebration in BrisbaneLatvians in Brisbane will mark the 90th anniversary of the independence of Latvia at 18:00 hours Nov. 21 in the Brisbane Latvian House, 24 Church Ave., Buranda. Baiba Metuzāle-Kangere will give the celebratory speech, Ausma Bļodniece and Uldis SIliņš will read poetry, and Zigrīda ansamblis will play Latvian music. |
