- ‘Vogelfrei’ screened in Sydney festival
The feature film Vogelfrei, in which four Latvian directors examine a day in the life of a man at four stages in his life, will be screened during the 55th Sydney Film Festival. The film will shown at 6:30 p.m. June 10 in the Greater Union George Street, 505-525 George St., Sydney. The 92-minute film is in Latvian and Russian. Directors Jānis Kalējs, Gatis Šmits, Jānis Putniņš and Anna Viduleja will be present to discuss the film. For more on the festival, which runs from June 4-22, visit www.sydneyfilmfestival.org.
