Piezīmes
Bostonas latviešu skola ir neatkarīga skola, kura īrē telpas no Bostonas Trimdas draudzes baznīcas. Pie mums mācās bērni no Sagatavošanas klases (3 gadu vecuma) līdz 8. klasei.

Boston Latvian School is an independent organization that rents space within the Boston Latvian Trimdas Congregation’s building. Our talented and caring instructors teach grades pre-K through 8 (ages 3-14); four teachers have degrees in education.
All of our classes are taught in Latvian: grammar, literature/reading, religion, geography, history, singing, folk dancing, folklore and handwork. In addition to our usual schedule, we incorporate our Latvian heritage into our school calendar: we bake traditional gingerbread cookies in winter and color Easter eggs with onion skins.
BLS works hard to maintain a tight-knit community feeling by inviting our wonderful children and their families to many extracurricular events: sledding and ice-skating; trips to the ballet, circus, or baseball games; hiking in the Blue Hills. We also serve our Latvian community with a yearly workday in the garden at church.
We welcome new families as well as long-time Boston residents and BLS alumni to join us for a visit or to come be a part of our fantastic community!
